problem installing Trend Micro Internet Security?

I tried to install 50 times and now custom work. it keeps saying "a Break prevented the full setup of installing Trend Micro Internet Security Pro "it doesn't say how to fix it. Does anyone know how?

I had no problems with my installation of Vista Home Premium OS. Maybe I should call support at Trend Micro. It's free. Try e-mail before calling the support line.
